Sanoma published a 2026 survey showing European teacher AI use rose to 63% across 14 countries. Only 16% said general-purpose AI improves learning outcomes, despite higher AI adoption for lesson preparation. Between 75% and 93% want education-specific AI aligned with pedagogy, curricula, and trusted learning materials.
