Sangoma announces fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 results, sales agreement
Sangoma Technologies said fourth-quarter revenue was $49.8 million and net loss was $72.5 million. The company separately said its board approved a definitive agreement to sell the company, subject to closing conditions.
