Sana programs near clinical milestones; SC451 IND and dosing expected
Sana said SC451 is targeting type 1 diabetes and an in vivo CAR T platform is focused on oncology. An IND filing and initial patient dosing for SC451 are expected this year, with pivotal data anticipated next year.
