Shareholders rejected the proposal to buy back and redeem up to 149.2 million Series D shares but approved asset transfers to PPI for SEK 250 million in cash and 39.45 million PPI shares priced at SEK 25.67 each. Closing is expected in Q4 2026, subject to conditions.
