Sagen MI Canada to issue $300 million debentures and redeem 2027 notes
Sagen MI Canada Inc. (TSX: MIC.PR.A) said it agreed to issue $300 million of unsecured debentures and announced a redemption on Sept. 25, 2026 of its outstanding 2.955% debentures due March 1, 2027.
