STMicro shifts to 200mm and launches compact image sensor
STMicroelectronics said it is shifting 150mm to 200mm wafer production to lift margins while forecasting double-digit silicon-carbide revenue growth. The company also rolled out a compact 3.7×3.2mm image sensor with embedded processing and indicated samples are available.
