SSR Mining to Acquire Roxmore Resources for Cash and Spinout Shares
SSR Mining agreed to acquire all Roxmore shares for $6.75 in cash per share plus 0.33 share of a new spinco, valued at about $0.50 per Roxmore share. The deal values Roxmore at about $663 million and represents a roughly 58% premium to its 20-day VWAP. Closing is expected in December 2026, subject to approvals.
