SOAR AI says the campus is on track to place 4,096 AMD MI355X GPUs in service on Dec. 31, 2026. Revenue is expected to begin in January 2027 under $1.17 billion in take-or-pay contracts, with 2027 revenue expected at about $175 million to $200 million, subject to delivery and acceptance.
The subsidiary entered two four-year take-or-pay orders with a large AI customer, with aggregate contract value of $1.17 billion. The deal includes about $133 million in contractual prepayments and phased GPU deployments starting in December 2026 and June 2027.
