SM Bexel stake lifted to 89.33% after affiliate purchase on Sept. 18
A controlling shareholder group increased its SM Bexel holding by 3,000 shares to 99,383,883 shares, keeping its stake at 89.33%. The change followed an on-market purchase by affiliate SM Line on Sept. 18 at KRW 2,560 per share.
