SL Green reports Manhattan leasing volume and declares dividends
SL Green Realty Corp. said it had 129 Manhattan lease deals in 2026 totaling about 1.76M sq ft and reported 245 Park Avenue fully leased. The company also declared quarterly common and Series I preferred dividends payable Oct. 15, 2026.
