SHT Smart High-Tech raised SEK 102.4 million via a directed share issue to fund industrialization and commercial scale-up. Capacity expansion advanced in Ruixi, China, with production floor space effectively doubled and new volume-production equipment orders underway. Henkel Ventures took about 71% of the placement at
