SFL Awarded About NOK 525M in Seadrill Contract Case
Borgarting Court of Appeal ruled that Seadrill breached the Hercules rig redelivery contract and ordered payment of about NOK 525M to SFL, including compensation, late interest and legal costs. Either party may appeal, subject to leave.
