Coiled Therapeutics completes patient enrollment in two cohorts of AO-252 formulation
Coiled Therapeutics said it has successfully enrolled patients across two distinct escalation cohorts for its next-generation formulation of AO-252, a TACC3 inhibitor. The company expects to dose up to 30 patients with the new formulation by year-end.
