SEC grants five-year exemption for tokenized stock trading
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission unveiled a five-year exemption allowing platforms to facilitate trading in blockchain-based, or tokenized, stocks and other securities with fewer rules than traditional stock exchanges.
