S-Bank stake in Oma Savings Bank tops threshold
Oma Savings Bank said S-Bank Plc's holding and voting rights in the lender exceeded the stated threshold after settlement of tendered shares on 7 October. The announcement said S-Bank's holding in Oma Savings Bank had crossed the notification level.
