S&P/TSX Composite opens lower as US jobs boosts Fed hike bets
Canada’s main stock index opened lower on Friday after stronger-than-expected U.S. jobs data increased expectations for a Federal Reserve rate hike this month. S&P/TSX Composite fell 0.4% to 36,502.58 by 09:30 a.m. ET.
