Russia national wealth fund liquid assets at $46.7 billion as of Sept. 1
Russia’s Finance Ministry said liquid assets in the national wealth fund stood at $46.7 billion as of September 1, 1.7% of projected 2026 GDP, up from $46.2 billion a month earlier.
