Russia hit two foreign-flagged vessels in Odesa region, Zelenskiy says
Zelenskiy said Russian strikes in Ukraine’s Black Sea region of Odesa hit two vessels under foreign flags, and damaged energy facilities, substations, civilian businesses and residential buildings. Kyiv and 10 other regions were attacked overnight, he added.
