Russia attacked energy facilities in Ukraine’s Zhytomyr region, governor says
Russia attacked energy facilities and other civilian infrastructure in Ukraine’s northern Zhytomyr region late Tuesday and overnight, the regional governor said, adding that food and processing businesses were targeted.
