Russia's Rosatom takes full control of Delo logistics group
State nuclear company Rosatom has bought the remaining 51% of logistics group Delo from founder Sergei Shishkaryov, having previously held 49%. Rosatom plans to combine Delo with its own transport assets, including shipping group FESCO, to create Russia's largest rail, road and port terminal network.
