Rupee Opens 3 Paise Higher Ahead of RBI Rate Decision
The Indian rupee opened marginally higher against the US dollar, trading at Rs 96.40 per dollar, ahead of the Reserve Bank of India's monetary policy committee review where interest rates will be decided.
