Rossi Residencial held shareholder meeting to vote on 2025 financial statements
Rossi Residencial held its annual general meeting on Sept. 18, 2026. Shareholders adopted the 2025 financial statements, supported by the independent auditor’s report, fiscal council opinion, and audit committee opinion. The meeting also ratified management’s accounts for 2025 via the annual management report. Investor
