Roivant’s mosliciguat shows record PVR reduction in PH-ILD trial
Roivant’s PHocus study in PH-ILD found mosliciguat delivered a record 56.3% reduction in PVR, with significant six-minute walk and NT-proBNP improvements and a favorable safety profile, consistent across subgroups. A phase III trial is underway.
