Rochester Midland, backed by Peak Rock Capital, acquires ApHinity Technologies
Rochester Midland acquired ApHinity Technologies, expanding its water treatment and industrial process platform. ApHinity, founded in 2015, provides water footprint optimization technology and industrial air emissions treatment services. Peak Rock Capital’s Jordan Campbell called the deal a push into higher-growth end
