Real-world data showed reductions in BMI with up to 18 months of setmelanotide therapy in 30 paediatric patients with acquired hypothalamic obesity (HO) in France. Phase 3 analyses demonstrated improvements across multiple cardiometabolic risk indices with setmelanotide in acquired HO.
