Rhelion Settles Approximately $100K Debt With Shares, Grants Options
Rhelion will issue 3,333,333 shares at $0.03 to settle approximately $100K owed, subject to CSE approval. It also granted 2,300,000 options at $0.05, exercisable for five years, and reappointed Dr. Robin Carhart-Harris as scientific advisor.
