Rexford Reports Q3 Results and Raises 2026 Core FFO Guidance
Rexford reported Core FFO of $0.60 per share, flat year over year, and net income of $0.07 per share. GAAP results included $71.8 million in impairments; same-property NOI fell 2.6% year over year. Year to date, it completed $1.5 billion in asset dispositions and repurchased $708.7 million of common stock.
