Revvity agrees to buy Human Cell Design; UBS cuts to Neutral
Revvity agreed to acquire Human Cell Design to add EndoC-βH5 cells, reagents, services and NatLine cell-line technology, which it plans to integrate with its detection tools. UBS cut Revvity to Neutral and set a $140 price target.
