Retension Pharmaceuticals prices upsized IPO at $12 a share
Retension Pharmaceuticals priced its upsized initial public offering at $12.00 a share for 3,750,000 common shares. The company expects gross proceeds of $45.0 million before expenses and says trading should begin on Oct. 9 on Nasdaq under RTSN.
