Residential property ranked most attractive for 64% of respondents in Deutsche Pfandbriefbank's property-sector survey published Oct. 15, 2026. Office property drew 37%, versus 35% for retirement housing, among 427 property and housing decision-makers surveyed. Traditional housing led expected five-year demand at 28%,
