Repligen agreed BioLife deal terms; UBS lifts RGEN target
Repligen said it will buy BioLife for $11.25 cash plus 0.1442 RGEN shares, after HSR clearance, with a BioLife vote set for Oct 5, 2026. UBS raised its RGEN price target to $225 from $195 and kept a Buy.
