RentGuarantor Holdings announces exercise of warrants, total voting rights
The company said it received notice to exercise warrants for 4,400,000 new ordinary shares at 17.5p each, raising gross proceeds of £770,000. Admission is expected on or around 29 September 2026, after which issued share capital and voting rights will total 167,458,493.
