Renk to Sell Slide Bearings Unit and Update 2026 Guidance
Renk agreed to sell its Slide Bearings business to Miba for a price in the low to mid three-digit million euro range, subject to approvals. It updated 2026 continuing-operations guidance to about €1.4 billion in revenue and adjusted EBIT of €240 million–€255 million.
