Reliance Global Group completes $2.625 million insurance center sale
Reliance Global Group says it completed the sale of its Southwestern Montana Insurance Center for $2.625 million in cash at closing, plus an uncapped earnout, following a previously announced pending sale of Altruis Benefit Consulting.
