Recursion resets Tempus data pact and licenses TxFM RNA model in $12M deal
Recursion amended its long-term data collaboration with Tempus, extending the Master Agreement to a six-year term from a Nov. 3, 2023 start, removing its convenience termination right, and resetting Annual License Fees. Separately, it licensed its TxFM RNA foundation model for oncology.
