Reading International contracts to sell New York Cinemas for $41 million
Reading International entered a Contract of Sale to sell Cinemas 1, 2 & 3 at 1001—1007 Third Avenue in New York for $41 million. A $4.1 million deposit is in escrow and the balance is due at closing.
