Raw Sugar Futures Surge to 18-Month High; Coffee, Cocoa Decline
Raw sugar futures on ICE reached an 18-month high on Thursday, driven by crop concerns in key producing nations. Concurrently, coffee and cocoa prices experienced declines. Raw sugar (SB1!) rose 1.7% to 18.92 cents per lb, after reaching a peak of 19 cents.
