Rajnath Singh warns defence project delays raise obsolescence risk
Defence minister Rajnath Singh said delays in critical defence projects can create gaps in meeting defence requirements and increase technology obsolescence risk, urging HAL scientists and engineers to develop technologies that do not exist.
