RTB Digital clarifies $1B, 10-year Paradium.AI MediaOS deal
RTB Digital clarified its 10-year, $1B agreement with Paradium.AI to migrate and monetize its media portfolio on RTB’s MediaOS, saying it is not an acquisition or tender offer and that a private stock sale is a condition to close.
