RPM International Completes Acquisition of Italy's Volteco
RPM International Inc. has completed its previously announced acquisition of Volteco S.p.A., an Italy-based supplier of below-grade waterproofing solutions. Volteco will be integrated into RPM's Tremco Construction Products Group.
