RMR Group Secures $272.1 Million Interest-Only Refinancing
The RMR Group arranged a $272.1 million interest-only mortgage for two medical office towers adjacent to Cedars-Sinai, repaying about $267 million of debt. The two-year loan has three one-year extensions and is priced at one-month Term SOFR plus a stated spread.
