RHI Magnesita in advanced talks for possible cash and share offer for Vesuvius
RHI Magnesita said it is in advanced discussions with Vesuvius's board over a possible recommended cash and share offer for the company. The latest proposal values Vesuvius at 549 pence a share and would give shareholders about 0.028 new RHIM shares plus 470 pence in cash.
