Mr Tan Song Chai has acquired 180,000 ordinary shares in RGT Berhad for an undisclosed amount, increasing his total stake to 111,204,766 shares. The acquisition was made indirectly through his shareholding in RGT Equity Holdings Sdn. Bhd.
