RAK property sales top $170mln in H1; rents rise
Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) apartment prices rose 6.5% year-on-year in H1 2026, with villa prices climbing almost 6%. Rents were also up, and property sales topped $170mln in H1, per Cavendish Maxwell research.
