QatarEnergy to take stakes in Angola offshore Blocks 8 and 22
QatarEnergy signed a heads of agreement with Angola’s ANPG for two offshore oil blocks in Angola. The agreement covers Block 8 and Block 22, QatarEnergy said in a post on X.
