Jim Cramer praised Utz Brands Inc (NYSE: UTZ ) on Tuesday morning, calling it a “nice price” and saying he was a fan of its potato chips. Minutes later, the snack maker announced it had agreed to be acquired by Germany’s Intersnack Group in a $14.25-per-share all-cash deal, a 91% premium to Monday’s closing price. The
