QIAGEN says U.S. FDA clears new bloodstream infection panel
QIAGEN said U.S. laboratories now have access to its complete QIAstat-Dx bloodstream infection portfolio after FDA clearance of a new gram-negative bacteria detection panel. The panel identifies 13 bacterial targets and 18 antibiotic resistance markers in about one hour.
