PwC says companies risk losing most AI-savvy employees
PwC said its 2026 Global Workforce Hopes and Fears Survey found rising AI use at work but falling access to learning and development. It said 29% of 'front-runner' workers with strong AI capabilities and scarce skills are very or extremely likely to change employer in the next year.
