Pulsar Helium Wins Conditional Two Harbors Rare Gas Hub Agreement
Two Harbors, Minnesota approved a Purchase and Development Agreement for Pulsar Helium’s proposed Rare Gas Hub, including land for $1 and up to $1 million toward a rail spur. The agreement is subject to conditions and further approvals, and Pulsar may choose not to proceed.
