Pulsar Helium Signs $85.5M Equipment Deal for Minnesota Plant
Pulsar Helium Inc. has entered into a staged equipment-supply agreement valued at $85.5 million with Chart for a helium and CO2 plant in Minnesota. The deal is contingent upon TSXV approval. The first payment is $5.025 million, with a subsequent milestone payment of $8.55 million due on January 31, 2027.
